Weigh-In Thursday

  At the moment I don't have a pic. I'll admit it I went up one pound. I feel like a fat turd. Walking every day is just not getting it. I guess I'll have to add some form of Cardio to the routine. Currently I'm weighing in at 177lbs. Pounds be gone darn it!!!! This is how I'm feeling today...



  1. Ugh. I feel ya. You know, if I wasn't feeling exactly like you, I'd be able to give you some encouragement like, "slow and steady wins the race", "every week can't be a loss", "keep up the good work", but all I really want to do is have a bowl of ice cream with you, lol.

  2. Tell me about it! Those days are the worst especially when you've resisted all week. Most likely the lb is just water weight.

    Next week will be better :)
