Father's Day!

    I'll be spending this day with Family. We plan to eat ALOT! On the Menu is: Fried Chicken, Rice Dressing, Macaroni & Cheese, Potato Salad, Peas and Fudge. Tomorrow I will begin my really I'll start watching what I eat in attempts on losing a few pounds and for my overall well being. Stay tuned for my progress...
